Genius!

Ralph Cramden couldn't even touch this! I've (finally) come up with my million dollar ticket. This is it! I've struck gold!!
It's called "The Waving Project" and I plan to petition Obama for stimulus. Simply stated, the purpose of the waving project is to wave a lot and see who waves back. My nonprofit group will measure and document how people respond when they are waved to. From this data we can infer how friendly a nation we are. We can make assumptions based upon region, gender , race, age and whatever, real important stuff! The most important part though is that I need a million dollars to start my field research. I will be spending a lot of time compiling waving statistics and the process could get quite expensive. I just need my rightful piece of stimulus...so how about it?
