kickball haiku

Well, a dirty dozen of us showed up for some community kickball out at New Brighton Middle School this evening. My team won and it was a very exciting/tight match up, 8 to 6. I was productive on offense but hardly had to move a defensive muscle as an excited member of my team was a power-fielder....he was everywhere!!! A phenom indeed. I appreciated his spirited play.

I felt inspired to write haiku in celebration.
