Let's Get Physical!

After 34 years of resistance I joined a gym last week. No, The goal isn't to be able to look into my asshole. I do aim, however, to keep up all that great momentum which started with softball. Felt my strength slipping away in this off season.

So it is weird but I'm enjoying the whole thing. I've been attending classes and developing a workout routine that fits for me. I feel awkward at times but that should be expected. After a week I can already feel the physical benefits. And maybe if I keep up with it I will someday be able to look into my asshole!
